The ILI NPI Project Manager will be responsible for delivering high quality solutions on time, to requirements and on budget. Partnering with cross functional teams, you will take ownership for solution design, development and deployment of projects ensuring adherence to project governance and best practice.

As an ILI NPI Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering ILI NPI projects on time, to requirements and on budget.
  • Developing project schedule and performing schedule analysis to establish work priorities, critical path planning, and risk management.
  • Ensuring project CTQs (Critical to Quality) are clear and communicated to the project team and project stakeholders. Forecasts, manages, and delivers against project budgets.
  • Tracking and reporting on project progress against schedule and technical delivery milestones.
  • Managing, organizing, and drives project gate reviews, ensuring decisions are made at the gate review and are effectively communicated.
  • Driving control of requirements and deliverables through formal change management methods.
  • Ensuring the quality of the project deliverables is verified and documented and matches stakeholder requirements and expectations.
  • Driving initiatives to improve efficiency of the project management function with a focus on reducing time to market and cost optimization.
  • Posting project reviews and lessons learned.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a degree qualified in a relevant technical discipline.
  • Have project management experience within product development in an energy or oil and gas environment to include but not limited to: mechanical concepts, data science, algorithms, coding, physics or electrical-mechanical concepts.
  • Be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills in a team environment.
  • Have experience leading global teams.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and experience in presenting at an executive management level.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills with ability to engage and facilitate multi- functional discussions.
  • Possess excellent organizational and MS Office (i.e. MS Project, Power Bi, excel) skills.
  • Possess knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and implementation.
