The Project Manager, Product Operations will play a pivotal role in driving cross-functional initiatives within the product team, ensuring alignment and efficiency across multiple projects. This role will spearhead the new documentation initiative (such as GenAI), enhancing innovation and integration within our product offerings.


Additionally, the role will focus on strengthening documentation processes, streamlining research management practices, and optimizing feedback management systems to foster data-driven decision-making. Acting as a champion of operational excellence, the Project Manager will collaborate across teams to ensure smooth execution, scalability, and continuous improvement of processes that empower the product division to deliver exceptional results.


The role will be reporting to the Manager of Product Operations. StackAdapt is a remote-first company, we are open to candidates located anywhere in North America or this position. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the documentation efforts and track progress for cross-functional projects within the product team, including the development and implementation of the GenAI initiative.
  • Enhance and standardize documentation processes to improve accessibility and consistency across the product division.
  • Streamline research management systems to ensure efficient organization, utilization, and impact of research insights.
  • Optimize and maintain the feedback management system to capture, analyze, and act on user and stakeholder feedback effectively.
  • Serve as a champion of efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements to drive operational excellence across the product team.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Proven expertise in project management and documentation for a product team. Strong understanding of product development process, preferably in a technology-oriented industry. 
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Leadership capabilities and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. 
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, SQL, Thoughtspot, Pendo and Google Workspace. 
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management. 
  • Experience in the programmatic space will be an asset.
