  • Time Zone & Launch Support: Provide reliable coverage during Pacific Time hours, including support for late-day Eastern Time project launches and seamless project handoffs.
  • Project Financials: Track margins, monitor vendor costs, and coordinate final billing reconciliation.

  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Strong client-facing communication skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and provide proactive guidance.
  • Research Operations: Hands-on experience with panel/sample providers, survey programming or hosting, fieldwork, and data quality processes.
  • Data & Compliance: Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience handling PII in accordance with applicable data privacy standards, including GDPR and/or CCPA.

  • Standard working hours are 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Pacific Time (12:00 PM–9:00 PM Eastern Time), with occasional flexibility required for project launches or urgent client needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Employees can spend up to one-third of their life at work, so choosing the right company is crucial, not just for the job itself but for the company culture as well. While startups often offer dynamic culture and growth opportunities, large corporations provide benefits like career development and networking, especially appealing to recent graduates. Fortunately, Calgary stands out as a hub for both, recognized as one of Startup Genome's Top 100 Emerging Ecosystems, while also playing host to a number of multinational enterprises. In Calgary, job seekers can find a wide range of opportunities.
