  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Access, Project, or similar tools is considered an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to project team members and, with support, to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment and build positive working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize work, manage multiple tasks, and follow direction while meeting project schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to review own work for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project objectives.
  • Willingness to learn, ask questions, and actively contribute to problemsolving through critical and creative thinking.
  • Commitment to client service and the delivery of professional, highquality engineering work products.
  • Professional, respectful, and positive communication style in both written and inperson interactions.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Civil, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or an EngineerinTraining (EIT) with APEGA and eligible and willing to obtain registration within one year of hire.
  • 4+ years of relevant engineering experience, primarily focused in project management, including responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams
  • Registration as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is considered an asset.
  • Experience with alternative project delivery methods (e.g., designbuild, P3, progressive designbuild) is considered an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities to effectively engage with clients, project teams, regulators, and other stakeholders.

This role is primarily based in a typical office environment involving computerbased work for extended periods. Field work may be required and can include exposure to outdoor conditions and inclement weather.
