Essential Functions

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale application implementation programs across multiple workstreams.
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams of 90–100+ members within a custom development environment.
  • Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and deliverables.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, including regular client engagement and on-site meetings in Seattle.
  • Drive Agile program execution, ensuring alignment across engineering, QA, product, and business teams.
  • Identify program-level risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Oversee program budgets and resource utilization, ensuring efficient and effective execution
  • Lead and mentor project managers and team members, fostering accountability and high performance.
  • Ensure delivery quality and adherence to scope, timelines, and business objectives.
  • Continuously evaluate processes and workflows to improve delivery efficiency and program outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 12-15 years of experience in project/program management within IT services
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale application implementation programs in custom development settings
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex programs with 90–100+ cross-functional team members
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) in implementation-driven projects (not analytics/reporting-focused)
  • Experience working in Retail and/or E-commerce domains, supporting large enterprise clients
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar) in large program environments
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior client stakeholders
  • Experience managing program budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
  • Experience working in a global delivery model, managing distributed teams across time zones
  • Willingness to travel to Seattle occasionally for client meetings and key milestones

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with cloud migration programs (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Relevant certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.)
