ARC Business Solutions Inc. is currently seeking individuals with experience as a Project Manager for an immediate opportunity in Calgary, AB. 
ROLE:  Project Manager   
Mandatory Qualifications:
  • Education and Professional Credentials:
    • A post-secondary degree or diploma in business, information technology, or a related discipline is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
    • Project management certification is required (for example PMP®, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP).
    • Certification or practical experience in Organizational Change Management (e.g., Prosci) is an asset.
  • 8 or more years of progressive experience in project management with demonstrated proficiency across the full project lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to lead the delivery of complex business and technology solutions (e.g., business applications, infrastructure) from concept through implementation and operational transition.
  • Experience in successfully managing projects in a remote and hybrid team environment, with cross-functional teams that include business, IT, and vendor resources.
  • Strong understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies in enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor management, including engagement, oversight, and performance evaluation of third-party service providers.
Degree designations (e.g., Bachelor of Science, Computing Science, Engineering), from recognized universities is a desirable criteria in our selection process.  We offer a competitive salary, profit sharing, share options and a comprehensive benefits package.
