Are you the expert who can elevate software quality from strategy to execution and ensure every product meets the highest standards?

At Coveo, we’re seeking a versatile Quality Assurance (QA) professional who blends strategic planning with hands-on testing. In this role, you'll define quality standards, execute manual and automated tests, and collaborate with teams to ensure the product meets both technical and user-focused requirements. You'll drive process improvements, refine testing strategies, and help deliver exceptional user experiences. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact throughout the development process, from planning to release.

Here is a glimpse at your responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain robust quality standards and processes to ensure software excellence.
  • Execute and write both manual and automated tests to identify, report, and resolve defects efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure the product meets technical and user-centric requirements.
  • Lead the development and implementation of testing strategies to maximize test coverage and align with industry best practices.
  • Drive continuous process improvements, fostering a proactive approach to quality throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Ensure a seamless user experience by validating core functionality and performing exploratory testing.

Here is what will qualify you for the role:

  • You have 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Testing roles.
  • You possess experience with web applications.
  • You have proficiency in using Jira for tracking and managing tasks and defects.
  • You possess a strong understanding of Agile methodology and have worked in Agile teams.

Here is what would make you stand out:

  • It’s nice to have experience in managing documentation, ensuring clear and organized records.
  • It’s a plus if you have Typescript and Javascript skills to better understand the technical aspects of the product. 
  • Familiarity with QA tools and automation testing like Playwright, Cypress or others is a nice to have for improving testing efficiency.
  • Experience with GitHub for version control and team collaboration is also a nice-to-have.
