About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and people-focused individual to join our recruiting team as a Recruiting Coordinator & Office Experience Manager.  In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our hiring efforts and fostering a positive and engaging Boston office environment. You will be responsible for coordinating interview processes, ensuring excellent candidate experiences, and enhancing the overall office experience for our employees. This position is required to be in office Monday - Thursday each week and Fridays as necessary. 

As a Recruiting Coordinator and Boston Office Experience Manager you will:

  • Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates to coordinate and schedule a high volume of in-person and virtual interviews across multiple timezones.
  • Manage and drive a state of the art candidate experience ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update Greenhouse with job postings, candidate information, and status updates.
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-maintained and welcoming environment.
  • Champion the Starburst culture and bring it to life through office experience.
  • Plan and execute office events, team building activities, and milestone celebrations fostering a strong and positive workplace culture both in Boston and virtually as needed in locations like San Francisco.
  • Support our New Hire Sessions that are both virtually and in person. 
  • Assist the recruiting team and wider people team with ad-hoc projects as needed to ensure the success of Starburst.

Some of the things we look for:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, ideally within a fast-paced software startup
  • Experience with Greenhouse as an applicant tracking system
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and consistently meet deadlines
  • Ability to work from Boston office 4 days per week
  • Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for building the best culture

Where could this role be based?

  • Boston, MA

Starburst is dedicated to maintaining fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range provided for this role reflects the minimum and maximum targets for candidates across all U.S. locations and could be inclusive of variable compensation, such as commission or bonus. All employees receive equity packages (ISOs) and have access to a comprehensive benefits offering. Actual compensation packages are determined based on relevant skills, experience, education and training, and specific work location. Pay Range

$57,750$78,750 USD
