RevenueCat removes the headaches of building and scaling in‑app subscriptions. Since graduating from YC’s S18 batch we’ve grown into the default monetization platform for mobile: we’re in >40% of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $10B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo dev in Brazil to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.

We’re a remote‑first crew of 100+, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance. If you want your work to touch hundreds of millions of end‑users (and help the developers behind them get paid), you’ll fit right in.

The Role
As a Recruiting Coordinator at RevenueCat, you’ll be integral to the success of our high-velocity, global hiring process. You will partner closely with our Talent Team and hiring managers across functions to coordinate and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

While much of the recruiting strategy and sourcing is handled by our recruiters, you’ll own the core operational workflows: scheduling interviews across global time zones, keeping our ATS (we use Ashby) up to date, managing candidate communications, helping onboard new talent, and contributing process ideas to help us scale efficiently and sustainably.

You’ll work with remote-first teams in an asynchronous setup, and you’ll enable recruiters to focus on high-impact sourcing and closing while you make sure everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork.

About you:

  • You have 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent operations in a fast-paced environment.

  • You have experience using Ashby as your ATS. You’ve used Ashby to schedule interviews, and you’ve built automation workflows, reports, and dashboards for use by other stakeholders.

  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented: you thrive on juggling multiple calendars, coordinating across stakeholders, handling last-minute changes, and locking in logistics without dropping the ball.

  • You are an excellent communicator - clear, professional, proactive. You understand the importance of timely and empathetic communication as part of a quality candidate experience.

  • You are a problem-solver with a “can-do” mindset: if a candidate can’t find their interview link, you dive in; if a process is unclear, you suggest improvement.

  • You are adaptable: our hiring needs evolve quickly, new roles emerge, interview stages shift. You adjust with a positive attitude and keep things moving.

  • You are passionate about automation. When you see a manual or inefficient step in the process, you find ways to make things easier by automating it.

  • You understand the importance of maintaining a high level of confidentiality on sensitive information across Recruiting and People Operations as you work across candidate interviews, offers, and onboarding.

To ensure sufficient overlap with our team and candidate’s core interviewing hours, we are looking for someone in a timezone between UTC-5 and UTC+1 timezones.

In the first month, you'll:

  • Deep-dive into RevenueCat’s mission, culture and operating values to ensure you’re positioned to represent us authentically to candidates.

  • Get hands-on with our tools (Ashby, Notion, Slack, Brighthire, Zoom) and review our existing recruiting workflows, documentation, candidate journey, and dashboards.

  • Meet the hiring managers and recruiters across teams to understand their roles, current open positions, hiring volume, and pain points.

  • Audit all active candidate pipelines for your assigned roles: check scheduling status, candidate experience touch-points, communication logs, ATS hygiene, metrics accuracy.

  • Take ownership of coordinating interview logistics and candidate communications- including scheduling, calendar invites, candidate prep, interview kit, interviewer coordination, and post-interview follow-up.

Within the first 3 months, you’ll:

  • Fully own the coordination of end-to-end recruiting workflows for open roles across multiple teams - from initial calls to offer logistics (in collaboration with recruiters).

  • Start refining scheduling processes, candidate-communication templates, interviewer prep kits, and hand-off checklists to improve consistency and quality of the candidate experience.

  • Begin tracking and reporting on key recruiting operations metrics and present insights to the People team.

  • Partner with recruiters on best-practice interview logistics, candidate comms, feedback flow, and candidate coordination.

  • Proactively identify and surface opportunities for process improvement - e.g. reducing scheduling lead time, optimizing interview blocks, developing more efficient interview training processes, and proposing automations streamline tasks.

Within the first 6 months, you’ll:

  • Establish and manage repeatable, scalable frameworks for recruiting operations, including templates, interviewer libraries, candidate-prep flows, and ATS hygiene.

  • Own candidate-championing at the operations level: ensuring every candidate has clear communication, efficient scheduling, timely feedback, and a great experience from first touch to offer/decline.

  • Share insights on operational health of recruiting - calendar efficiency, pipeline flow, scheduling metrics, candidate experience KPIs.

  • Begin owning RecOps improvements such as scheduling optimization, candidate-communication audits, and automation/tracking enhancements.

Within the first 12 months, you’ll:

  • Be recognized as a key contributor in delivering high-quality hires with an excellent candidate experience and reliable, scalable recruiting operations at RevenueCat.

  • Contribute to the analysis for recruiting operations: measure and improve metrics such as time-to-schedule, time-to-offer, candidate-drop off points, interviewer utilization, candidate satisfaction score (or proxy) and work cross-functionally to iterate and improve.

  • Contribute to broader People Team initiatives- such as employer-branding support, global hiring logistics, and tools/process evaluation for recruiting ops.

  • Help shape and document the recruiting operations playbook as we scale.

What we offer:
  • Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator

  • 10-year window to exercise vested equity options

  • Fully remote and flexible work environment

  • 4-5 weeks of suggested time off annually for mental, physical, and emotional recharge

  • $2,000 USD for workspace setup and $1,000 USD annual stipend for continuous learning

What you need to know about the Calgary Tech Scene

Employees can spend up to one-third of their life at work, so choosing the right company is crucial, not just for the job itself but for the company culture as well. While startups often offer dynamic culture and growth opportunities, large corporations provide benefits like career development and networking, especially appealing to recent graduates. Fortunately, Calgary stands out as a hub for both, recognized as one of Startup Genome's Top 100 Emerging Ecosystems, while also playing host to a number of multinational enterprises. In Calgary, job seekers can find a wide range of opportunities.
