Job Overview:

      Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment & Business Development Specialist to support both client acquisition and recruitment activities.

      The ideal candidate has a strong background in recruitment and understands the U.S. hiring market. This role is well suited for someone who can identify companies with hiring needs, build relationships with potential clients, and also support candidate sourcing and recruitment activities when needed.
      
      The company works with clients across a variety of industries, including Technology, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Professional Services, and Senior Management/Executive-level positions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and research potential new clients across the U.S. market.
  • Research companies that are actively hiring and may benefit from recruitment support.
  • Generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and outreach.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels.
  • Initiate conversations and build relationships with hiring managers, decision-makers, and potential clients.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of prospective clients and conduct timely follow-ups.
  • Help develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and prospective clients.
  • Support recruitment activities and candidate sourcing as needed.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts across multiple industries and functions.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is required.
  • Strong experience working with and recruiting for the U.S. market.
  • Experience in business development, client acquisition, sales, or lead generation is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable conducting outbound outreach and initiating conversations with prospective clients.
  • Strong LinkedIn prospecting and email outreach skills.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple industries and professional-level roles is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
