As a Regional Industry Leader, Diversified Energy in North America (US or Canada), you will steer the strategic growth of ERM’s diversified energy business, uniting commercial leadership, technical credibility, and enterprise‑level collaboration. Your leadership will directly influence ERM’s market presence, growth trajectory, and the value we deliver to our most strategic clients.

In this Partner role, you will:

  • Shape and execute ERM’s diversified energy growth strategy in alignment with global priorities.

  • Drive sales, revenue expansion, pipeline health, and margin performance across priority accounts.

  • Strengthen ERM’s industry presence by cultivating senior‑level client relationships and delivering high‑value consulting insight.

  • Unite regional leadership, service lines, and account teams around a clear, compelling, and actionable strategy for diversified energy.

  • Advance ERM’s brand and market relevance across the U.S. and Canada through leadership, innovation, and industry engagement.

What You’ll Bring

Required

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in geology, engineering, planning, safety, science, business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive consulting experience, with deep expertise in diversified energy.

  • Proven success building senior‑level client relationships across the energy value chain.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to navigate complex regulatory, ESG, technical, and commercial landscapes.

  • Demonstrated track record of multi‑million‑dollar annual sales, including winning large and strategic engagements.

  • Recognized industry reputation and strong technical credibility.

  • Flexibility to travel and work across a regional, client‑facing leadership role.

Preferred

  • Experience leading cross‑functional teams across geographic regions.

  • Prior success operating in a global consulting environment.

  • Demonstrated leadership in shaping sector strategy or market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accelerate growth of ERM’s diversified energy sector, leading sales and delivery across the full suite of ERM services.

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies that drive significant revenue growth and reinforce ERM’s global brand.

  • Support industry‑aligned POD and account teams by identifying, shaping, and converting strategic opportunities.

  • Build and manage a robust opportunity pipeline to meet growth targets, profitability goals, and win‑rate expectations.

  • Partner with North America leadership and diversified energy‑focused Partners to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

  • Gather and apply market intelligence—including brand positioning and commercial insights—to inform investment and go‑to‑market decisions.

  • Develop new client relationships while expanding existing accounts through strategic advice and measurable value.

  • Collaborate with Regional Service Line leaders to advance service innovation and ensure offerings evolve with market needs.

  • Align with the Global Industry Leader on sector strategy, priorities, and key initiatives.

  • Deliver exceptional client outcomes validated through ERM’s client feedback mechanisms.

  • Apply ERM’s commercial and operational framework, ensuring consistent use of tools, governance processes, and methodologies.
