The Regional Operations Leader's main function is to ensure all aspects of the inspection services that Quest Integrity performs for its customers goes smoothly, efficiently and at the highest standards of quality. The senior operations leader in the region will be directly responsible to lead the operations team and indirectly lead across all other functions. This role works with the Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and improvement in revenue and EBITDA.

As a Regional Operations Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Technical Advisor (TA) with generation of the inspection proposal, i.e. providing technical scope advice, crew availability and equipment availability.
  • Reviewing pricing for job profitability and supporting the Regional CRM (Customer Relations Manager, or Logistics coordinator) in inspection preparation regarding crew, equipment and customer interactions.
  • Being accountable to deliver the region quarterly financials to plan from revenue to EBITDA and aligning with sales to support successful delivery of orders.
  • Providing regular updates and forecasts of operational delivery performance and other key service operational metrics using business tools.
  • Ensuring that all costs for inspection execution are well managed.
  • Being responsible for driving improved asset management, CAPEX and regional performance.
  • Liaising with the customer and inspection crew during the inspection project regarding performance and timing.
  • Bringing the TA (salesperson) into the situation when commercial considerations need addressing.
  • Providing updates to the Global Operations Manager on all current Inspection Projects and liaise with other Regional Managers when necessary if personnel or equipment loans from other Regions are required.
  • Being available (at all hours) for providing guidance and direction to the inspection crews in their region when emergency situations occur and making sure that quality and timeliness are maintained to Quest Integrity Group standards for all Inspection Projects.
  • Maintaining the Project Scheduler Application with the assistance of the Regional CRM.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor's degree OR high school diploma with at least 4 years of experience, understanding, and knowledge of inline inspection and integrity management business.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, influencing, facilitation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive firm behavioral change across a matrixed organization.
  • Be available to work extraneous hours during the week and on weekends when several inspection projects are under way and crews may need assistance at odd hours.
