Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager – Community Sales is responsible for leading and developing a team of Community Sales Agents to drive customer acquisition and expand regional market presence. This field-based role oversees the execution of community outreach initiatives, including local events, neighborhood activations, and direct engagement programs. The role combines sales leadership with hands-on coaching, performance management, and market development to support revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships within the designated market.

Responsibilities 

  • Lead, coach, and support the performance and development of a team of Community Sales Agents
  • Drive achievement of regional sales targets through structured goal setting, field leadership, and ongoing performance coaching
  • Develop and execute localized sales strategies aligned to community outreach initiatives and event-based customer engagement
  • Monitor sales activity, pipeline progression, and customer acquisition metrics to inform decision-making and optimize team performance
  • Partner closely with client installation teams to ensure a coordinated and positive end-to-end customer experience
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and capability development of new sales representatives
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within residential communities, multi-dwelling units, and local partnerships
  • Ensure all sales activities are conducted in alignment with client compliance requirements and customer experience standards

Qualifications 

  • Proven experience leading or managing sales teams in a performance-driven environment
  • Experience overseeing field-based, door-to-door, or community outreach sales programs is strongly preferred
  • Exposure to territory-based sales models, including MDU (multi-dwelling unit) strategies and building access planning, is considered an asset
  • B2B sales leadership experience may be relevant depending on market structure
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze sales performance data and implement actions to drive results and accountability
