Tayco is seeking an enthusiastic and highly driven sales professional to fill the position of Regional Sales Manager. The successful candidate will have proven success in exceeding sales targets by developing and implementing regional business account plans and developing and maintaining dealer relationships in the contract furniture market for Western Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan).

Responsibilities:

  • Implement strategies that will encourage sales innovations and targeted business development in alignment with the Sales Plan. Achieves or Exceed Sales Target, and drive Business Development by uncovering new markets.
  • Create and ensure highly productive relationships and partnerships with Customers; enhance Dealer relationships and provide the ultimate Customer Experience.
  • Manage ISR relationships and output. Conduct quarterly business reviews and ensure annual targets are being met with annual contracts being drafted
  • Communicate brand identity internally to Tayco’s Customer base
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors’ operations on sales
  • Maintain quality Customer service by designing and enforcing standards; training ISRs and Dealers; monitoring performance; surveying sales approaches; and evaluating outcomes
  • Attend trade shows and industry conferences to increase sales through improved levels of product knowledge and develop industry contacts via networking
  • Conduct analysis to manage sales performance against corporate objectives and market developments

Requirements

Tayco is seeking passionate candidates who possess the following experience and competencies:

  • A minimum of 3- 5 years of Sales experience, preferably in furniture or systems industry
  • Full remote role
  • Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Think critically - recognize key underlying business issues, problems, and opportunities critical to attaining business success in the short and long term.
  • Achieve results - demonstrate a commitment to achieving individual, team and corporate results to exceed expectations and enhance shareholder value.
  • Focus on the Customer Focus - commit to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers and value the importance of customer service and relationships.
  • Deliver effective sales presentations.
  • Negotiate effectively and find a win-win solution.
  • Manage conflict - find common ground and obtain objective.
