You’ll work closely with clients, account managers, internal teams, and our vendor partner Cisco to deliver a customer‑first experience.
A Day in the Life:
- Create, manage, and track Cisco renewal quotes and opportunities as contracts approach expiry
- Manage customer contracts and subscriptions through Cisco portals
- Provide clear, informed recommendations on support levels and licensing options
- Act as a liaison between customers, internal stakeholders, and Cisco
- Educate clients on Cisco product lifecycles and adoption strategies
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and vendor partners
- Respond to customer and account manager requests with care and attention
- Coordinate with internal teams including Cisco procurement, accounting, and operations
- Support internal audits and compliance programs
- Maintain a consistently high standard of service and follow‑through
- Participate in 2–4 training or certification events each year
- Contribute to team collaboration and cross‑department initiatives

What You Bring:
- Post‑secondary education in business, procurement, IT, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, procurement, licensing, or customer success
- Experience with Cisco tools and licensing models
- Understanding of software and support lifecycles
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset
- High attention to detail with strong organization and follow‑through
- A proactive, service‑oriented approach aligned with Long View’s values
