As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization. You will be responsible for maintaining our CRM platform (Hubspot), gathering and analyzing sales data, and supporting the sales team with insights that enhance productivity and performance. Additionally, you will identify and leverage AI tools to optimize sales processes across the entire sales lifecycle, from market and target account research to contract and RFP analysis and automation.


We're looking for a proactive individual who can work cross-functionally to enhance our revenue operations and is comfortable with both CRM and sales tools management, as well as the latest AI applications and agents that drive efficiency across the sales tools and workflows. You'll report to the Director of Sales as part of the Sales Enablement team, and will work with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams, with a goal of helping to maximize sales pipeline velocity. You will do that by identifying Go-to-Market process friction points and developing and leading initiatives to address them. Your aim will be to make the work of our Sales team more effective by improving process design, optimizing our CRM and sales apps, and leveraging AI tools and automation solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • CRM Administration: Manage and maintain the Hubspot platform, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security. Handle user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and other administrative tasks to support an optimized CRM environment.
  • Data Management: Organize and maintain sales data within Hubspot and other integrated tools to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.
  • AI-Driven Sales Lifecycle Optimization: Implement and manage AI tools to support all stages of the sales lifecycle, including Target Account Research, Lead Qualification and Nurturing, and Contract and RFP analysis and Automation.
  • Sales Performance Reporting: Design and build reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support data-driven decision-making. Analyze data to identify sales trends, uncover areas for improvement, and report findings to leadership.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance sales productivity and efficiency. Propose solutions that streamline workflows across the CRM and other sales tools.
  • AI Integration with Sales Tools: Ensure seamless integration of AI tools with existing sales technology to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • User Support & Training: Provide ongoing support and training to sales team members on best practices within Hubspot, AI tools, and other sales tools. Address user inquiries and support tickets promptly.
  • Documentation: Maintain technical documentation for Hubspot configurations and AI tool integrations to support user training, workflows, and process improvements to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations/Revenue Operations, CRM Administration, or related experience in B2B enterprise consultative sales organizations (low volume, high value sales environments).
  • Hold a Hubspot Admin certification (Revenue Operations, HubSpot Reporting, Sales Enablement etc).
  • Experience using and implementing AI tools and automations (LLMs, AI Agents, AI-powered tools)
  • Experience creating Hubspot sequences/automations, managing pipelines, creating reports, with strong knowledge of CRM best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google sheetsDetail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
