Who We Are

Our Revenue Operations team is a collaborative and supportive team of four. We are laser-focused on optimizing our sales processes and driving revenue growth. We are dedicated to empowering our sales organization with the tools and insights they need to succeed. We're proud to be the engine that powers HopSkipDrive's expansion, and we're looking for a talented RevOps Manager to help us scale efficiently and achieve our ambitious revenue targets.

  • Develop and implement sales processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of revenue operations professionals.
  • Analyze sales data for trends and areas for growth, and use insights to drive strategic decisions.Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to drive projects and initiatives.
  • Support the sales team with targeted training and resources to maximize their productivity.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Manage and maintain the integrity of our CRM data and reporting systems.
  • Lead the implementation of new sales technologies and initiatives.

Who You Are
You are a results-driven and highly organized individual with a passion for optimizing sales processes and driving revenue growth. You're confident in your ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and implement changes that make a real impact on the business. You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about ensuring that the sales organization has the tools and resources they need to succeed.

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading, motivating and high performing team.
  • Proven track record of implementing and optimizing sales processes.
  • Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience with sales forecasting and reporting.

HopSkipDrive is proud to operate as a drug-free workplace. HopSkipDrive is also committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is 95,000 - 120,000. This position is remote and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location. The total compensation package for this role also includes equity stock options.
