Role Summary
We are hiring a Revenue Operations Manager who will support team leadership in building, maintaining, and iterating on a comprehensive end-to-end sales management process in order to improve business efficiency and revenue outcomes. It includes being a trusted partner to sales supporting their efforts to achieve business objectives while consistently driving growth in key strategic areas. The role is highly cross-functional with engagement between sales leadership, marketing, product, finance, and strategy.

The Revenue Operations team is a critical function of the Sales Capabilities & Strategy organization, whose overall mission is to empower Sales, cross functional teams, and advertisers by leveraging technology, data, and strategic insights to achieve operational efficiency and revenue growth.
About the Job
- Optimizing sales and operational efficiency through continuous process improvement
- Align and transform data from external sources to match internal structures and naming conventions, ensuring seamless reconciliation
- Maintain process workflows and deliver valuable and timely reporting to all levels of sales leadership
- Develop and implement data-driven tools and systems to drive operational execution and improve revenue performance. This includes dashboards, reports, and analytics platforms to monitor KPIs and track progress against goals
- Supporting sales teams with planning and operational tasks
- Monitor sales pipeline and analyze data related to sales performance and other key sales indicators
- Developing reports utilizing database reporting tools, working to standardize input and output fields across different databases or data sources
- Serve as a liaison between Sales, Strategic Finance, Billing, and other XFN teams
About You
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, or related field
- 5 years of experience in advertising, agency, sales operations or similar function
- Demonstrated cross-functional influence, and a track record of leveraging data for business impact.
- Demonstrated proficiency with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Mode)
- Ability to deep dive into data, identify and quantify opportunities, and design creative and sustainable solutions.
- Polished communication skills
- Ability to identify and develop business cases for strategic growth opportunities and operational improvements.
- A self-starter with the ability to quickly respond to problems independently and operate in a fast paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Salesforce system
