  • Support reporting and analysis to improve pipeline quality, conversion rates, and targeting effectiveness
  • Document key processes, workflows, and data definitions to improve consistency and scalability

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong working experience with Salesforce (data structure, reporting, and automation such as flows or process builder)
  • Hands-on experience with enrichment tools (e.g., Clay, ZoomInfo, 6sense, or similar) and applying data to improve targeting
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and understanding of how data flows between marketing and CRM systems
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality and consistency
  • Ability to identify root causes of issues and recommend scalable solutions
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Solid understanding of pipeline generation and outbound motions

Compensation Range: $135,000 – $155,000 CAD OTE, based on experience, market benchmarks and role complexity. We aim to offer fair, competitive pay that reflects your skills and the market.
