We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. We recognize that mental health issues can be complex and multifaceted, and we are dedicated to treating the whole person, not just the symptoms.
We aim to create a world where mental health is no longer stigmatized or marginalized, but rather is embraced as an integral part of one's overall well-being.
We believe that by providing quality care that is both evidence-based and compassionate, we can empower individuals to take charge of their mental health and achieve their full potential. We are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those struggling with mental health issues and we strive to be a force for positive change in the field of mental healthcare.
Rula is a remote-first company. We currently hire in most U.S. states, with the exception of Hawaii.
About the Role
We are hiring a Revenue Strategy & Planning Manager to help bring clarity, structure, and insight to Rula’s B2B growth motions. You’ll turn high-level growth goals into concrete plans, models, incentives, and reporting that our go-to-market teams can trust and act upon.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Sales leaders and Revenue Operations to build dashboards, analyze funnel performance, forecast revenue growth, and support planning cadences. You’ll spend your time in spreadsheets, CRM data, and business reviews. You will be focused on answering, “What’s really happening?” and “What should we do next?”
This is a great fit if you love moving between hands-on analysis and cross-functional collaboration, and you’re excited to help a fast-growing company move a promising B2B motion from “growth” toward “scale.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of related professional experience, including 3+ years in Sales Ops, RevOps, Strategy, or analytics roles supporting B2B or B2B2C go-to-market motions

Strong fluency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel): able to build multi-tab models, use lookup and logical functions, and create clear, error-free analysis
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM for sales or revenue teams, including building reports/dashboards and working through data hygiene or process issues
Experience supporting forecast and planning processes, e.g. preparing inputs, tracking performance vs. plan, or contributing to capacity or coverage models
Evidence of stepping into ambiguous problems, structuring the work, and driving measurable improvements in a GTM motion (conversion, coverage, or data quality)

Working familiarity with SQL or a similar query language, or demonstrated comfort partnering with analytics teams to pull and validate data
Experience supporting ICP/ICQ tests or similar segmentation work, and translating results into coverage, territories, or playbook changes
