Job Description:

What You Will Do 

  • Drive new business with a true hunter mindset, focusing on growth and market penetration within your assigned sector.  

  • Represent one specialized area of Finning’s business, such as:  

  • Construction: New and used Caterpillar equipment solutions. 

  • Rentals: Flexible equipment rental options for diverse customer needs. 

  • Power & Energy: Power systems and energy solutions for critical operations. 

  • Mining: Advanced mining products and technologies for large-scale projects. 

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers in your sector, becoming a trusted advisor and partner.  

  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximize growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
