We are looking for a result-driven Sales Development Representative to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales.

Duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products, and recommend the right solutions. You should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.

To be successful as a Sales Development Representative, you should stay up-to-date with your sales skill set. Ultimately, the duties of a Sales Development Representative are to use a consultative approach to provide value and close high ticket deals, while consistently meeting the company’s sales goals.

We are willing to train the right person, however, this position calls for ONLY experienced Sales. We are looking for people who have made over $50,000 + per year in a commission-based position in the past. If you haven't made at least that amount then this isn't for you.

Compensation Structure:

  • This is a commission-only position however we offer bi-weekly draws.
  • * If you are above average, your monthly income will be more than a six-figure annual salary within the first or second year.
  • No commission cap; the sky is the limit!
  • No cold calling - all leads are inbound - or existing customers who have purchased from us before!

Preferred Knowledge & Skills:

  • Experience selling high-ticket services with a consultative approach
  • You should have a strong interest in building rapport through consultations.
  • Familiarity with the credit financing system and terminology (Interest rates, FICO scores etc.)
  • Growth-minded and looking to turn challenges into opportunities
  • Fun and collaborative and enjoy working with a team
  • People-person who derives energy from meeting with others
  • Passionate about helping others
  • Attentive to detail
  • Adept at managing time
  • Inside sales experience (preferably in consultative sales i.e.; private placement, luxury vehicles and business jets, private charter, precious metals, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, mortgages, debt, car sales and annuities)
  • Excel in challenging environments
  • Know how to deal with rebuttals
  • High energy

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • Work remotely and have complete self-accountability
  • Follow and achieve the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
  • Have excellent time management skills
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently over the phone
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
  • Cross-sell products
  • Mitigate refund requests for programs sold
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers
  • Comply with internal compliance procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred - but not mandatory.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience
