About the role:
We’re looking for our Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR), who will be responsible for identifying pipeline opportunities for our sales team within a set of target accounts. This person will own the end to end process of account selection, contact selection, outreach strategy and messaging. As we are still a growing company, this person will also help build the Outbound playbook - partnering closely with our sales team to help achieve our company pipeline & revenue goals.

We’re excited about you because you have:

  • A deep desire to help build the data observability category. You display a company-first attitude in your decision-making and attitude

  • Comfortability with ambiguity, change, and an incredibly fast-paced working environment

  • A bias towards speed

  • 1+ years work experience in a pipeline generation role or a heavy process orientation role

  • Demonstrated track record in an early stage company or highly ambiguous environment

  • Experience with a complex and consultative sales process

  • A humble mindset - you're not afraid to speak up and ask for help when you need it
