Job Summary:

As a Sales Development Representative at Syncro, you'll be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers for Syncro. You will accomplish this by understanding their unique business challenges, and positioning the Syncro solutions as the ideal choice to meet their needs. Your role is crucial in our efforts to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify potential customers by understanding their needs and aligning them with Syncro’s solutions
  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social) to generate qualified leads
  • Qualify inbound leads through discovery calls and email engagement and set qualified meetings with the Syncro Account Executive Team
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with leads through phone, email, and other communication channels to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel
  • Collaborate with internal teams to to develop and refine lead generation strategies and create persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs and pain points of Syncro’s prospective customers
  • Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies
  • Consistently achieve weekly/monthly KPIs related to outreach volume, meetings booked, and pipeline generated
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or a fast-paced environment (SaaS a plus, but not required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Results-driven mindset, self-motivation, and excellent organizational skills
  • Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
  • Knowledge in using sales tools, such as Salesforce.com, Outreach and other sales software is a plus
  • Curious, coachable, and collaborative team player
  • Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid Role)
