About the Job:
As Squint’s Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for helping customers understand the value that Squint will provide to their organization. To achieve this, you will lead technical discussions, uncover manufacturing challenges, and showcase how Squint can address their needs through live demos and in-person site visits. Internally, you will help our team as we continue to build out our processes and playbooks and act as the voice of the customer to ensure that we continue to build a product that solves real problems and delights our customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Account Executives to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Conduct in-depth discovery to map business processes and identify pain points.

Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations anchored to value.

Address technical objections and articulate how Squint integrates with existing manufacturing workflows.

Engage with key stakeholders, from plant managers to C-level executives, to ensure alignment on business objectives.

Prioritize our customers’ success above all else.
Qualifications:
-
Experience
-
3-5+ years in a technical customer-facing role, ideally in manufacturing, AI, AR, or industrial solutions.

Skills
-
Strong understanding of AI & AR.

Experience with ERP/MES systems.

Ability to create technical proposals, presentations, and ROI analyses.

Ability to understand clients’ needs, analyze data, and tailor solutions to address specific pain points.
