Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire & Coach: Act as a hands-on leader on the floor, providing real-time coaching and guidance to maximize deal-closing and team performance.
  • Drive Daily Operations: Oversee all daily sales activities, lead high-impact sales meetings, and provide one-on-one mentoring to ensure every team member exceeds their targets.
  • Build Top Talent: Lead the charge in hiring, training, and developing high-performing Customer Experience Coordinators and Financial Services Managers.
  • Strategic Growth: Collaborate on annual sales forecasts, defining clear objectives for unit sales, gross profit margins, and operational efficiency.
  • Process Excellence: Implement and refine sales processes that empower staff to deliver a seamless, world-class customer experience.
  • Brand Integrity: Oversee merchandising and promotional strategies for new and used inventory, ensuring our lot and digital presence meet premium brand standards.
  • Customer Advocacy: Take the lead in resolving complex customer concerns, ensuring long-term loyalty and a top-tier reputation in the Calgary market.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Proven experience in Automotive Sales Management (New and/or Used).
  • A "lead-by-example" mentality with a passion for training and developing people.
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage departmental P&Ls and forecasting.
  • Expertise in CRM management and modern digital sales processes.
