Produces qualified illustrations and provides presale support to meet producer objectives in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Provide product and carrier information to the producer groups as well as internal staff.
2. Maintain detailed product and financial knowledge on all carriers.
3. Develop a working knowledge of important software packages (internal and carrier)
4. Run appropriate illustrations based on knowledge of the competitive life insurance environment
5. Provide producers with illustrations and other marketing materials they may need
6. Proactively follow-up on all presale activity
7. Document requested illustrations for sales follow-up utilizing a CRM system
8. Participate in educational development to gain an understanding of the competitive market, product, and industry trends via internal and carrier training
9. Maintain departmental illustration workflows and SLA's on phone and illustration turnaround time
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

2. Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
3. Effective time management skills
4. Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously
5. Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
6. Ability to work in a self-directed fashion
7. Experience with PCs in a Windows environment
8. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products
9. Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions
10. Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
11. Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience
12. Excellent telephone etiquette skills
13. Ability to display maturity, competitiveness, and a good work ethic
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Demonstrated knowledge of Insurance industry, product and sales processes
