Sales Support Specialist

Position Summary

Support the adoption of our electric yard trucks by enabling the sales team and delivering a seamless customer experience. This role partners closely with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and manages key administrative and customer-facing processes across the full customer lifecycle from onboarding and incentives to delivery and invoicing. This role is in office, located in Oakeville, ON

Position Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for customers and sales teams in Canada
  • Support customer onboarding (vendor setup, documentation and administration tasks, trucks registration)
  • Coordinate and manage incentive programs , including documentation and follow-ups
  • Maintain CRM and internal systems with high data integrity
  • Coordinate key stages: demo, order, delivery, registration
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, service, logistics)
  • Track sales activities, reporting, and key metrics
  • Support customer communication to ensure a consistent, high-quality brand experience
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Position Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English & French) – required
  • 2–4 years’ experience in sales support or B2B customer operations
  • Strong organization, follow-up, and communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset


Ideal Candidates Will Also Have

  • Experience in transportation, manufacturing, or EV Industry
  • Familiarity with government incentive programs or funding applications
  • Experience with quotes, contracts, invoicing, and cross-functional coordination

 Résumé du poste

Soutenir l'adoption de nos camions de cour électriques en facilitant le travail de l'équipe de vente et en offrant une expérience client fluide et sans faille. Ce rôle implique une collaboration étroite avec les responsables régionaux des ventes (RSM) et la gestion de processus administratifs et relationnels clés tout au long du cycle de vie du client — de l'intégration et des programmes d'incitation jusqu'à la livraison et la facturation. Ce poste est en présentiel, situé à Oakville, en Ontario.


Responsabilités du poste

  • Agir comme point de contact principal pour les clients et les équipes de vente au Canada.
  • Soutenir l'intégration des clients (création de compte fournisseur, documentation, tâches administratives, immatriculation des camions).
  • Coordonner et gérer les programmes d'incitation, y compris la documentation et les suivis.
  • Tenir à jour le CRM et les systèmes internes en assurant une intégrité des données irréprochable.
  • Coordonner les étapes clés : démonstration, commande, livraison, immatriculation.
  • Assurer la liaison avec les équipes interfonctionnelles (finances, opérations, service, logistique).
  • Faire le suivi des activités de vente, des rapports et des indicateurs clés de performance.
  • Soutenir la communication client afin d'assurer une expérience de marque cohérente et de haute qualité.
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche assignée.


Qualifications requises

  • Bilinguisme (anglais et français) – exigé.
  • 2 à 4 ans d'expérience dans le soutien aux ventes ou les opérations clients B2B.
  • Solides compétences en organisation, suivi et communication.
  • Expérience des systèmes CRM (Salesforce ou similaire) et de Microsoft Office (Excel).
  • Capacité à gérer de multiples priorités dans un environnement au rythme soutenu.
  • Grand souci du détail et de la précision.
  • Esprit proactif et axé sur les solutions.


Les candidats idéaux posséderont aussi

  • Expérience dans les secteurs du transport, de la fabrication ou des véhicules électriques (VE).
  • Connaissance des programmes d'incitation gouvernementaux ou des demandes de financement.
  • Expérience des devis, des contrats, de la facturation et de la coordination interfonctionnelle.
