What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Implement, document, and maintain configurations and administrative functions (user accounts, workflows, fields, data, custom settings, dashboards, and reports).
  • Ensure optimal performance and proper functioning of Salesforce configurations.
  • Collaborate with integrators, business analysts, solution architects, and the Product Manager.
  • Participate in defining functional and technical specifications, analyze business needs, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Configure and document specific solutions or interfaces, support user training, and stay up to date on new tools, features, and Salesforce platform updates.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is known for their rigor, strong prioritization skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stands out for their strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various operational teams.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills and experience in operationalizing customer relationship solutions.
  • Is recognized for their project management experience in both small- and large-scale environments, as well as their knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Azure DevOps.
  • Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce configuration for deployment or operational support projects, along with a university degree in administration or a related field; Salesforce certifications and knowledge of Data 360 and Agentforce are considered strong assets.

Advanced level of French, both spoken and written. Intermediate level of English, as the role involves participating in meetings and presentations, as well as writing emails with English-speaking partners and suppliers on a daily basis (approximately 20% of tasks).
