Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Financial Analyst at Veta Virtual, you will take on a pivotal role in ensuring financial precision and supporting strategic planning. You will be in charge of:
Financial Analysis & Reporting (50%):
- Conduct financial modeling and analysis to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Generate and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance reports.
- Assist in forecasting financial trends and planning for growth.
- Leverage data to create insightful business intelligence reports.
Accounting (50%):
- Perform daily accounting tasks, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain and refine budgeting and forecasting records.
Daily Tasks:
- Review and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare detailed financial statements and reports periodically.
- Monitor budgets and forecasts to identify variances.
- Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost optimization and growth.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration of financial insights into strategic planning.
Skills & Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred but not required).
- 1-5 years of experience in accounting or finance; exceptional fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in advanced spreadsheet functions (e.g., Excel) – a must!
- Familiarity with SQL queries for data analysis – a strong plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and an analytical mindset – a must!
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- A competitive salary of $2,500 to $3,000 USD per month, based on experience.
- The flexibility of working remotely from LATAM or Europe, Mondays to Fridays.
