  • Experience supporting senior executives or working in a strategic HR capacity

  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and reporting

  • Familiarity with HR systems, analytics, and reporting tools

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and influence senior leaders

  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and drive results through data and insights

  • High level of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence

Leadership Competencies:

Why Join Us:

  • This role offers direct exposure to the CHRO and senior leadership, giving you a seat at the table to shape HR strategy and enterprise-wide initiatives.

  • You’ll be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and results — and where your work directly contributes to business success.

  • Be at the forefront of HR transformation, with the opportunity to lead high-impact projects, optimize processes, and elevate the employee experience across the organization.
