About the role

As a Senior Advisor, Marketing Strategy, your mission will be to manage various marketing initiatives, from strategy to delivery, to achieve the growth objectives of our broker partners and enhance their brand visibility. You will play a key role in providing recommendations and collaborating closely with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve our ambitious growth goals.

Your Role 

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Marketing Strategy, your main responsibilities will include:

Marketing Strategy:

  • Act as a marketing advisor for our various broker partners, ensuring the coherence of their marketing strategies across different channels, and helping them identify growth opportunities.

  • Recommend, develop, and implement multichannel tactics to achieve growth objectives, increase traffic and conversion from our digital ecosystem.

  • Stay up to date of marketing trends and best practices.

Project Management and Team Coordination:

  • Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to defined deadlines, budgets, and objectives.

  • Guide and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of marketing specialists and partner agencies.

  • Optimize and develop new processes to ensure the quality of deliverables and team efficiency.

Performance Analysis and Optimization:

  • Analyze the results of marketing campaigns and propose continuous improvements to optimize performance and identify new growth opportunities.

  • Use analysis tools (such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics) to monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, drawing relevant conclusions and recommendations.

Stakeholder Management and Satisfaction:

  • Build and manage sustainable relationships with internal partners and our brokers by understanding their needs, proposing solutions tailored to their reality, and identifying growth opportunities.

  • Ensure proactive and effective communication at all levels to engage the various stakeholders involved.

Your Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a relevant field (administration, communication, etc.) combined with marketing experience.

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role in an agency or company.

  • Solid experience in project management and 360 marketing strategy, with the ability to analyze performance and make strategic recommendations to achieve growth objectives.

  • Excellent understanding of the various factors impacting the performance of a digital ecosystem (traffic and conversion).

  • Experience using a CMS (Drupal, Typo3, Craft, etc.) is an asset.

  • Demonstrate autonomy in handling activities, with the ability to discern when to share or escalate information.

  • Ability to interact with executives and clearly communicate the impact of projects on results and the achievement of strategic objectives.

  • Ability to manage a budget and propose adjustments to optimize costs while meeting business needs.

  • Creative and innovative mindset with a strong results orientation.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and planning skills.

  • Agility, autonomy, proactivity, resourcefulness, curiosity, and team spirit.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.

  • No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.

  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
