Salary range (but not limited to):
87,200 - 106,600Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Analyst, Actuarial, for our Personal Lines Broker West Auto and Property pricing team!
What you'll do here:
Leverage your actuarial expertise to resolve complex problems and help your colleagues in doing the same by sharing your actuarial knowledge in auto & property.
Work autonomously on challenging, strategic projects related to refining pricing models, monitoring our portfolio and market trends, as well as optimizing ratemaking and underwriting strategies.
Drive change by improving work processes and making substantial observations, conclusions and recommendations
Help guide and prioritize the team’s work and coach effectively to strengthen both individual and group success
Share the conclusions of your analysis to the appropriate stakeholders and make recommendations within the established timelines.
What you bring to the table:
University Degree, or any combination of equivalent education and experience
3 years or more of actuarial experience (preferably in PL pricing area)
Certifications in Mathematics, Actuarial, Finance or Economics, ACAS preferred
Good knowledge with SAS, VBA, R or Python
Desirable competencies: adaptability, innovative, analytical, decision-making, critical thinking, stellar communication, planning and organizing, team oriented
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
