Summary:

We are currently seeking a Senior Specialist of CS Strategy and Analytics to join our Revenue Operations team. This role is available to candidates across the United States and Canada.

What your team does: 

Revenue Operations drives growth by supporting our revenue-generating and revenue-retaining teams. We are working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, Channel, Customer Enablement, and Customer Support to provide insights and recommendations, improve the efficiency of the GTM motions, and enable GTM teams to be innovative and self-sufficient.

As a Senior Specialist of CS Strategy and Analytics, you’ll be part of the team that values excellence and initiative, loves solving complex challenges, and cares about results. Your work will immediately and meaningfully impact key strategic decisions that shape Clio’s growth trajectory. You will be surrounded by a talented group of high-performing individuals, seasoned in SaaS and driven by collective success. You’ll work with our leadership in Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Business Operations to drive our GTM strategy, reporting, and operational excellence in North America, EMEA, and APAC.

What you’ll work on:

  • Act as an advisor to the business, support the leadership on key strategic initiatives and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations.

  • Architect and design scalable and robust technical solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of the organization. This includes developing data models, ETL process, and integrating systems.

  • Have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in designing and implementing complex technical solutions, proficient in Python, SQL/SAQL, and database query languages.

  • Enable the Customer Success organization to make data-driven decisions, leverage product usage data to increase customer retention

  • Drive analytics and reporting initiatives across multiple teams and engage Clio-wide stakeholders when needed (e.g. Finance, Business Operations, Customer Success).

  • Identify business needs for reporting, scope system, and process requirements, build and roll out reports, and coordinate execution with Finance, Customer Success Operations, Data Insights, and Business Operations teams.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of complex data sets to extract valuable insights and utilize statistical techniques, data visualization, and advanced analytics to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities that can drive operational excellence and inform strategic decisions.

  • Prepare data and presentations for Monthly/Weekly Business Reviews, board decks, and own weekly GTM/Forecast calls.

  • Drive reporting systems and database improvements particularly as they enhance the vision of data analytics, innovation, business impact and strategy development.

  •  Technical knowledge - statistical and predictive models, query languages (SQL, SAQL, SOQL), understanding of relational databases, data warehouses.

  • Communicates Effectively – has good verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders of all levels. Practices active and attentive listening skills to verify understanding.

  • Collaborates Proactively - with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

  • Ensures Accountability – accepts responsibility for successes and failures of own work. 

Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience in revenue forecasting, predictive analytics, and data analysis, with at least 3 years in a similar role.

  • Experience with the data life cycle from data storage, data processing and analysis, data archiving and retention, and data governance.

  • Programming languages - JavaSript, JSON, Python

  • Experience with querying data sets (e.g. using SQL/SAQL/SOQL for collecting data from multiple data systems).

  • Experience in translating measurements into recommendations, and connecting multiple data sources and building dashboards in data visualization tools (CRMA, Looker, Google Sheets).

  • Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques (e.g. multivariable regression analysis, gradient descend).

  • Advanced Excel, and Google sheet skills. Knowledge of Databricks is a plus.

The full salary range* for this role is $97,700 to $115,000 to $132,300 CAD.Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.

*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
