What You Will Do:

  • Complete all critical daily gas cycles within set timelines; ensuring all gas day process are completed accurately and efficiently.

  • Problem-solve incoming shipper issues related to nominations, scheduling cycles, Customer Interface user administration and any other shipper inquiries.

  • Manage administration of constraint management activities; ensure authorized capacity is accurate and updated in a timely manner.

  • Build and maintain positive business relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, responding to issues with a sense of ownership and proactive support.

  • Develop and deliver training for our shipper community and internal clients; provide training for new employees, customers, shippers, receipt point operators, and interconnecting pipelines.

Who You Are:

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent combination of education & experience.

  • Gas scheduling or other relevant experience is an asset.

  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to issues.

  • Excellent customer service orientation and relationship management competency.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Flexible and adaptable approach, together with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Evening, weekend and holiday shifts are required to ensure 12 hours/day, 365 days/year coverage.

  • Open office environment.

  • Subject to periods of intense stress.
