About the role
D-Wave is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to take the lead in analyzing, designing, and implementing sales systems (Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite), while guiding system changes and improvements that drive business value across the sales organization and broader company. You will have a direct impact on the efficiency, effectiveness, and strategic direction of our sales systems. Your work will influence multiple teams, streamline processes, and ensure systems deliver maximum value to the business. You will partner with stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver effective solutions. This role combines strategic thinking, technical expertise, and project leadership.
What you'll do
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements from the sales teams and stakeholders
- Lead the assessment and implementation of system changes in Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite and other systems
- Contribute to multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring objectives are met on time and within scope
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform testing, and create clear technical documentation and training materials
- Identify process improvements and enhancements to improve user experience and system efficiency
- Collaborate with internal developers, external consultants, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
- Evaluate new sales software and tools to support business growth
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in sales systems, automation, and cross functional business analysis
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (including CPQ and Revenue Cloud) and finance systems (including Apex, Trigger, Visual Force and Force.com)
- Strong understanding of systems integrations, data structures, and business process design
- Proven track record of leading or supporting successful projects from inception to completion using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Skilled in documentation, technical specifications, and creating user focused training materials
- Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI) and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Visio)
- Experience with sales applications such as HomeRun, Gong, DocuSign, ZoomInfo and other sales tools
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration sills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership, and influence solutions and decisions across teams
- Comfortable identifying opportunities, driving improvements and taking calculated risks to achieve business outcomes
