  • Supporting phased rollouts by ensuring functional readiness, capturing lessons learned, and contributing to BAU readiness through documentation and knowledge transfer.

  • Analyzing system data and behavior to validate requirements, define functional integration needs with architects and developers, and collaborate with vendors and implementation partners to resolve functional issues.

You have:

  • Strong process modeling skills (process flows, activity or sequence diagrams).

  • Hands-on experience supporting leading requirements elicitation, system testing, UAT, and pay-impact validation.

  • Experience with Workday or integrated HR ecosystems (considered an asset).

  • Experience working in unionized or highly regulated environments (considered an asset).

You are:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working through complexity.

  • Pragmatic and outcome-focused, able to balance ideal solutions with delivery constraints.
