Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a passionate Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, project management, and a deep understanding of technology. This role focuses on collaborating with various teams, gathering requirements, and delivering high-impact solutions for clients.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable user stories.
  • Create process maps and use cases to guide product development.
  • Manage project backlogs and track progress in Jira.
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support sprint planning and execution.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solution.

Some Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on software development projects
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies
  • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, process mapping, and use case development
  • Proficiency in tools like Lucidchart, SQL, Jira 
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers
  • A proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within scope

Other Information

The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. We work for security-conscious clients, thus background checks will be required.
