What you’ll do

  • Conduct comprehensive credit analysis on customers to assess creditworthiness and determine appropriate credit limits.

  • Manage and optimize the collections process to ensure timely payments and minimize bad debt exposure.

  • Apply a strong understanding of the PPSA process to secure company interests through proper registration and collateral management.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support financial operations and resolve credit-related issues.

  • Analyze and integrate business and financial data to develop innovative credit and finance solutions that support mid- and long-term business needs.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on credit-related matters, offering guidance and solutions for non-standard issues not covered by existing procedures.

  • Contribute to the development and monitoring of internal compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to the company’s compliance framework.

Who we’re looking for

  • 3 to 4+ years of experience in ERP/ SAP, good computer skills.

  • Accounts receivable experience in agriculture industry

  • Good computer skills

  • Comfort with ERP/ SAP systems is an asset

You’ll also need

  • Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

  •  Certification in CCP. Working towards or enrolled in CCP program (Credit Institute of Canada) is an assest

  • Ability to work on-site 2 to 3 days/week. It’s hybrid work.
