What you’ll do
- Build Dashboards in Google Data Studio based on the Customer Universe Data Infrastructure to translate Loyalty Customer complex data into actionable insights for the different Loyalty Lifecycle Teams
- Build Ad-hoc analysis leveraging multiple sources of data and present findings to Customer Lifecycle stakeholders.
- Build Conversational Analytics capabilities in GCP to scale up audience building across different Canadian Tire Corporation teams.
- Query, extract and transform raw data from multiple data warehouses to conduct key insights and in-depth analysis of customers.
- Approach problems with an entrepreneurial mindset
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience: degrees in disciplines such as Engineering, Science, Mathematics/Statistics, and Computer Science are preferred. Having an MBA is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience with data intelligence/visualization platforms such as Looker, Google Data Studio, Tableau, or other similar tools
- Proficiency in querying data and performing complex analysis via SQL is a must. Additional experience with Python or another language for data transformation and processing is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience working with large datasets, agnostic of any industry.
- Have a grasp of statistics, one or multiple programming languages, understand databases and understand website & native app design and architecture
- Can translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Strong business acumen, including modelling and strategic business case development
- Work with an ‘automate first’ mindset and continuously strive to work more efficiently
- Collaborative, strong leadership presence, strategically astute and capable of delivering in a fast-paced and innovative market
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organization in a professional and competent manner
