Job Summary

You are a dynamic, self-motivated professional with a passion for data and a talent for working directly with customers. As part of Introhive’s Professional Services team, you are both a technical builder and a trusted customer partner, responsible for ensuring that clients realize measurable value from their data investments. You will translate customer goals into actionable analytics solutions, turning data into strategic insight while driving technical work rapidly from configuration to completion.

Responsibilities

As the Senior Data Analyst, your responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis, including requirements gathering, activities and design. You will develop analysis and reporting capabilities, monitor performance, and identify quality control improvements.

  • Partner directly with customers to understand their business goals, data challenges, and success metrics, and translate these into technical requirements and deliverable roadmaps. 
  • Lead discovery and review sessions with clients to validate data requirements, refinement needs, and success criteria for dashboards and analytics initiatives.
  • Working closely with the Principal Client Solutions Architect, Product, Support and Technical Services to build and deploy the first five use-case dashboards for new clients within their first six months to secure initial ROI. 
  • Own the technical configuration for high-stake evaluations and expansion opportunities to prove product value before contracts are signed.
  • Analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to identify and define opportunities to improve data quality and quantity. Prepare detailed analysis and present recommendations for improvement to team members and management and work with leadership to help prioritize data improvement initiatives. 
  • Triage incoming data investigations using standardized procedures, investigate issues, develop acceptance criteria for fixes, and evolve data quality reports with standardized health metrics.
  • Create a library of repeatable builds, templates, and step-by-step guides to teach the organization what success looks like, improving overall delivery speed.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Proven ability to communicate complex data concepts and analytical findings in a clear, accessible way to clients at varying technical levels.
  • Advanced SQL queries and Python scripting
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau and PowerBI)
  • Practical experience with APIs, data mapping, and connecting enterprise software platforms
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a finisher mindset, with the urgency to move technical projects from 90% to 100% completion within 60 to 90 days
  • High-level client-facing skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clean instructions, and ability to work closely with Solutions Architects, Product teams, and clients alike
  • Experience manipulating large data sets through statistical software or other methods
  • Highly organized with the ability to plan work independently, and maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced, demanding environment to meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across stakeholders, software developers, data engineers, and data scientists


Education & Experience

  • Experience working in an agile environment within a development team or professional services team delivering customer-facing technical solutions
  • BA/BS in a field that emphasizes data analysis and visualization (e.g., computer science, social sciences, physical sciences, math, engineering, or statistics), or equivalent practical work experience
