WHAT YOU’LL DO
⬦ Design and implement an enterprise data warehouse
⬦ Develop and optimize ELT transformation pipelines
⬦ Ensure data quality through version control, testing, and CI/CD
⬦ Build scalable data models and schema designs
⬦ Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into data solutions
⬦ Mentor junior engineers and share best practices
⬦ Maintain documentation for data definitions and pipelines
WHAT YOU BRING
⬦ 5+ years in Data Engineering with ETL/ELT experience
⬦ Strong SQL & Python skills for data transformation
⬦ Experience with dbt and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
⬦ Proficiency in Airflow, Argo, or other workflow orchestration tools
⬦ Deep understanding of data engineering best practices
⬦ Strong communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders
⬦ Curious and growth-minded, always exploring new data technologies
Bonus if you have
⬦ Experience with DevOps and automated deployments
⬦ Familiarity with machine learning and predictive analytics
⬦ Leadership or mentorship experience in a data engineering team
