We're looking for a new Java Tech Lead to bring their expertise to our development squads! As Java Tech Lead, your mission is to enhance the user experience of our millions of members and clients. We're looking for someone who's passionate, curious and ready to take their skills to the next level to deliver cutting-edge solutions. You’ll play a leadership role with various players on strategic, complex and innovative initiatives and projects. More specifically, you will be required to:

• Support developers in adopting technologies 

• Help your colleagues to excel 

• Stay up to date on IT trends 

• Analyze and develop software products (design, coding, testing and operation)

• Define development methods, and share them across the teams you oversee

• Professional experience as a tech lead

• Knowledge of French is required

• Proficiency with Java, Spring, Angular, TypeScript architecture microservices, databases and more!
