We are looking for a Senior Director, Strategic Service Provider Acquisition to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications and systems across any environment. 

The Senior Director of Strategic Service Provider Acquisition will be responsible for driving recruitment efforts for top-tier service providers in the information technology field to bring in net new logos. This person will lead a highly performing team of ~5 Director reports, responsible for bringing in large new Service Providers (MSPs, MSSPs, Telco, etc.). The ideal candidate leading a The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and a proven track record of successful vendor management and recruitment.

Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for recruiting top-tier service providers in your region
  • Identify and evaluate potential service providers through market research and industry networking
  • Develop marketing campaigns with Marketing team to target specific SPs in your region
  • Work with GMS in your region to align on regional strategy
  • Run events across region to recruit SPs and develop awareness of Acronis
  • Maintain an excellent level of technical expertise within recruit team
  • Establish relationships with key decision makers at targeted service providers
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with service providers
  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters in their efforts to identify and onboard new service providers
  • Manage #TeamUp program in your regions
  • Manage Sports Teams and Sports Acquisition Managers in Region (Technology, Marketing Rights and #TeamUp)
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of Strategic Recruit team to ensure they meet the company's standards
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify and address any issues or concerns with service providers
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in order to identify new opportunities for service provider partnerships

Experience & Skills Required 

  • 5+ years of experience in IT vendor management
  • Ability to lead, direct and manage a large Team of Remote Strategic Recruiters.
  • Knowledge of how to manage marketing campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and services
  • Proven track record of successful vendor management and negotiations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
  • Customer Centric Skills
  • Strong closing sales skills, knows how to create the need and urgency
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Strong soft skills: good listener, knows how to build rapport, communication, understands needs
  • Knows how to create and manage a pipeline, works independently
  • Knows how to prioritize daily tasks: leads, opportunities, activities
  • Thinks outside of the box and uses additional channels to close more deals: LinkedIn, other social media, Distribution channel
  • Knows the market: who is Service Provider, what are his pain points, how to address them
  • Knows main market players/Acronis competitors and their strong/weak sides
