We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Engineering Recruiter to join our team and help us attract and hire top-tier technical talent. As an Engineering Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding support. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific technical needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to find the best fit for the team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sourcing and recruitment, and a deep understanding of technical roles in the manufacturing or semiconductor industry.

Responsabilities

  • Source, screen, and recruit top talent across various semiconductor and technical engineering disciplines.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media platforms, to identify and engage qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit for the company.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create effective job postings, and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from creating job postings and conducting outreach to facilitating interviews, negotiating offers, and supporting onboarding.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter within the manufacturing/semiconductor industry hiring roles such as mechanical, electrical, metrology, R&D engineers or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, metrology, R&D, and others) and the ability to engage and communicate effectively with candidates in various technical fields.
  • Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems such as Lever, and other sourcing tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Manufacturing and Engineering Departments Physical Requirements:

-Use appropriate PPE and follow all safety policies, practices, and procedures.

-This position will often: Sit, stand for long periods, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, lift below and above shoulders, bend, twist at the waist, climb, balance, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, talk, hear, see, use fine finger manipulation, and complete repetitive motions. 

-Some tasks may require the use of ladders or stairs

-Some tasks may require driving or the use of foot controls

-Lift/carry and push/pull up to 50 pound
