Job Description:

Likewize is searching for a Senior Financial Analyst, Canada FP&A to join our team at our Toronto office. This role will be a strong contributor within the Canada Finance team responsible for developing insights that enhance returns and accelerate growth. Directs the strategic development, implementation and maintenance of all financial planning functions.
 

Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Annual Budgeting process: Working with the Canada finance leadership team developing challenging financial goals, operating plans and insightful measurement systems. Includes modeling, presentation creation and timeline management.

  • Manages the monthly forecast process for rollup and uploads to the Corporate FP&A team.

  • Manages daily sales for rollup and upload to the Corporate FP&A team.

  • Partner closely with the Device Protection Controllership team; and provide interpretations and analysis of actual month-end performance versus plan/forecast and assess the impact on future results.

  • Partners closely with the Canada Finance Director to develop and drive initiatives, business planning, performance measurement / reporting, decision support, board reporting and strategic projects.

  • Develop and assist in execution of business cases for internationalization strategy.

  • Enhances the Company’s financial management processes.

  • Strong at financial modeling and help recreate management reporting for Canada.

If you are who we are looking for, you will have the following education, skills and/or experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field from an accredited university.

  • MBA / CPA / CFA highly preferred.

  • 3+ years’ experience and a strong individual contributor mindset  

  • Excellent analytical skills and experience in creating solutions and improving processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to form and develop high-performing financial models and BI dashboards

  • Proficiency in Excel and other MS office products.

  • The ability to collaborate with a multi‐department team.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • NetSuite, PowerBI and SQL experience preferred.
