How you’ll make an impact 

Expertise in financial reporting and analysis is essential: this role calls for delivering comprehensive, high-quality reports and actionable insights to senior management and the Board, empowering strategic decisions and effective oversight. You will collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to craft insightful reports, dynamic dashboards, and thorough variance analyses, all while diligently tracking financial trends. 

A passionate team player, you bring a strong collaborative spirit and a robust command of financial statements. With your seasoned analytical skills, you consistently deliver value-added recommendations and innovative perspectives that drive business growth. 

What you’ll do 

  • Prepare and interpret complex financial model analyses 

  • Support and influence strategic and operational decision-making 

  • Evaluate financial performance, business opportunities and operational risks 

  • Participate in financial model development, maintenance and analytics

What you’ll bring to the team 

  • Forecasting and financial modelling strength 

  • Ability to communicate financial insights clearly 

  • Ability to utilize technology (i.e. Python or SAS) to gather data 

  • Positive attitude and willingness to tackle large, complex problems 

  • Executive/Board-level reporting exposure 

  • Deep variance and trend analysis capability 

  • Process improvement mindset 

Required Qualifications:  

  • Degree in accounting, commerce or business administration  

  • Three years of progressive financial analysis 

  • CPA Accounting designation or MBA is an asset 

  • In-depth knowledge of financial management theories, techniques, practices and trends
