Senior Full-Stack Engineer – Assist Agents

Assist Agents is Motorola’s next-gen agentic AI for public safety—helping 9-1-1 call takers, dispatchers, analysts, and officers get answers in seconds, not minutes. It’s fast, reliable, embedded in real workflows, and powered by real-time AI.

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll work across frontend and backend layers to build seamless user experiences and robust APIs. You’ll help craft agentic AI services, integrate with mission-critical systems, and continuously improve how public safety professionals interact with Assist.
 

• Build and maintain core features across both frontend (Angular/TypeScript) and backend (Node/Python/REST) systems.

• Design APIs and services that support real-time, AI-driven decisions.

• Collaborate with design, product, and AI teams to ship intuitive user experiences with speed and quality.

• Contribute to architecture decisions, technical design, and code reviews that raise the bar.

• Write clean, testable, maintainable code—and help others do the same.

• Own what you build—from dev to prod and it’s feedback loop.

• 5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer.

• Strong experience with LLMs, chat interfaces, NLP, and RESTful/GraphQL APIs.

• Ability to design and implement systems that are scalable, secure, and performant.

• A product mindset—able to think beyond tickets and code.

• Clear communication and a collaborative spirit.

• Bonus: experience with MCP, Agentic AI, or real-time systems.

• Work on a product with real-world mission impact—used by first responders every day.

• Help shape a greenfield codebase and scale it across multiple products and platforms.
