About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior+ Full-Stack Engineer to join our high-performing, AI-driven team. In this role, you will primarily focus on debugging and fixing bugs across our platform. You will work within a complex, existing codebase and should feel confident using AI-assisted debugging tools to accelerate and optimize your workflow.
While the initial focus is on bug resolution, there will be room to evolve into feature development and contribute directly to product innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, debug, and fix critical bugs across the platform.
- Use AI-assisted debugging tools as part of your daily workflow.
- Navigate large-scale, existing codebases with confidence.
- Collaborate with engineering leads to ensure platform stability and performance.
- Gradually transition to feature development as product stability improves.
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Node.js and TypeScript.
- Proven experience with AI-assisted debugging tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, CodeWhisperer, etc.).
- Deep understanding of troubleshooting complex systems and ensuring production stability.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Python and/or React.
- Prior experience in startups or high-growth, AI-centric environments.
- Experience with Teams and/or Slack integration
