- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze people’s data and trends to recommend and implement solutions that improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
- Talent Development: Build strong talent pipelines, manage succession planning and capability development, and oversee short- and long-term workforce needs.
- Organizational Effectiveness: Work closely with business and HR team to address organizational challenges and drive high performance.
- Employee Relations: Advise business leaders on HR best practices, oversee employee relations matters, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and Dyson policies.
- Reward & Recognition: Provide guidance on salary planning, promotions, and recognition programs.
- Culture & Engagement: Champion Dyson’s culture and values, fostering an environment of high performance and continuous improvement.
- HR Service Delivery: Act as local HR contact ensuring seamless execution across the full employee lifecycle.
